2. Description

Chronocademy is a modern platform designed to connect learners with expert tutors and mentors through personalised, on-demand online sessions. The platform focuses on fostering skill development across various fields, ensuring users can access high-quality, verified tutors. Learners can schedule sessions according to their specific needs, while professionals share their expertise in a structured, flexible environment.

Chronocademy emphasises the accuracy of tutor profiles, including qualifications, availability, and experience, but users are encouraged to verify details as part of the process. All users must create a profile, which they can manage through their personal dashboard to schedule, modify, or cancel their sessions.

The platform is open to users over 18, and it is intended for personal educational purposes. Businesses or organisations seeking professional use of tutors are not permitted to use Chronocademy for commercial gain. Users are also reminded to comply with relevant national laws regarding taxation and labour practices.

The contact details of the teachers are never sent to the students except in the case where the teacher accepts the lesson requests and indicates that they want to send their contact details to the student to organise the first lesson.

All the pages of the site are secured by the HTTPS protocol and the navigation between the pages is encrypted.

If the lesson request is initially accepted and then declined for ethical and legally sanctioned reasons (such as the explicit request to substitute the student during an exam or complete writing of assignments), Chronocademy will not respond favourably upon request for reimbursement.
